Located at 113 N Broadway and built in 1906; the Robberson has a long history as a center for mercantile. In the 1910's the building housed The Pittsburg Produce and Fruit. In the 1940's it was known as the Glick Mercantile. Today the partitioned first floor is home to the private Robberson Offices and has 2 commercial spaces open for lease. The second floor will be available as apartments in the near future.

Town Talk at 117 N Broadway. The building's namesake comes from the locally famous "Town Talk" Cripe Bakery (1935-75), which lives on as a large painted advertisement on our buildings north face. Built in 1912 as The Hotel Mattox, it has over 100 years of hosting commerce in the 7500 sf first floor while providing accommodating residence on the 2nd and 3rd. 

The Smithsonian was built in 1920 as the Smith Clinic, the areas first regional hospital to provide healthcare for the local coal miners. Today, the Smithsonian is being converted into premiere mid-century modern apartments. Perfectly located on at 902 N Broadway, the Smithsonian aims to bring liveliness and sophistication to downtown Pittsburg.
