Pat Crossland is the Vice President of one of the fastest growing general contractors in the nation, Crossland Construction. Crossland Construction currently sits at #59 on the ENR’s Top 100 General Contractor List in the US. The company generates over a billion dollars annually and self performs over 30% of their work annually.
Bart Arnett is a small business owner with a downtown business location that offers housing units on the second floor. Having bought and renovated similar projects, he uniquely understands the challenges, demand, and needs of downtown renovation. His previous experience working for Crossland Construction as a Project Manager and Superintendent, paired with his experience owning and operating Arnett Glass, make him perfectly suited to join in DVLP’s newest venture.
Ian Youvan is a freelance contractor that can bring any crazy idea to life. His passion for downtown redevelopment gained life when he purchased 117 N Broadway from the Pittsburg Land Bank in 2020. His mixed builds that hover between construction and artwork can be seen in local businesses, houses, and even alleyways.
Quentin Holmes, a former City Housing Director turned Bank President, uniquely understands the need for housing in rural areas and the struggle to find financing for such projects. His knowledge of the housing needs and market, matched with the ability to provide and encourage finance for projects that have been previously turned down in town, will be a game changer for the Pittsburg housing market and economy alike.
